The map service of the Mapy.Centrum.cz earned another notable award at the Business Today meeting held in Prague. The winning GEO applications of the sixth annual GEO application of the year contest were announced in Category C – Business GIS on Tuesday May 3, 2005 and our service for the Centrum.cz portal was awarded third place. Our new lady Minister od Informatics, Ing. Dana Berova, shown in the picture delivering the award to the hands of our managing director Ing. Milan Novotny, took part in and highlighted the award presentation.

This award is just one of the several that the map service has already received and confirms the service’s success and popularity with the Czech users.
