This new, interesting raster Map of the Slovak Republic 1:50 000 was produced in co-operation with our partner company SHOCart, Zlin.

The long-awaited project was finished and the map became available to our Czech and Slovak customers in July of this year. The price of the 1:50 000 SR raster is approximately 20% lower than the list price of similar map work of the Czech Republic. The digital map data also include the maps of the Slovak regional cities and the capital city of Bratislava.

The next step is the preparation of the vector layer of the road network of the Slovak Republic 1:50 000 that will become available in September and, by the end of the year, the complete vector map version will have been finished. The road network vector layer work has been given the priority so that the Slovak Republic routing services (at township – township level) can be linked.
